Maker Comments | Maybe the last great frontier for undiscovered cacao. Our man in Nicaragua (Hello Giff!) hooked us up with some fine native Nicaraguan Trinitarios "descendants of indigenous criollo stock (but with some introgression)". In accordance with our travelling without moving principle: taste and let yourself be transported to the empire of the senses...nutty base notes with layers of ripe bananas. |
