Arriba means "higher" and refers to the rare, fine flavour cocoa beans from plantations in the higher northern part of the country. Only the original Cacao National grown in North and North-West Ecuador carries the typical Arriba flavour. This unique origin milk chocolate surprises with its intense cocoa body, fruity acidity typical of the Arriba flavour, and even reveals subtle hints of flowers and herbs. The taste is well-rounded with plenty of creaminess and milk. |
