The Monarch Mavericks Square Dance Club dances in a lovely venue with a wood laminate floor,
and enjoys the talents of international, national, and state callers.
Though the club enjoys dressing up, we have no dress code for members or guests, and welcome
anyone who wants to dance. Once the weather turns hot, we all enjoy casual dress and
encourage campers and travelers to do the same.
The second Saturday of each June, the club is dark so that members may attend the Colorado State
Square Dance Festival. The club is also dark the fourth Saturday in December.
The Sunday closest to July 4th, we have a special afternoon workshops and evening dance with national
caller Tom Roper. See our webpage for details as they are slightly different each year.
