Dark Chocolate Yogurt Brownies
Ingredients:
- 1 cup flour, white whole wheat
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate, chopped
- 6 Tablespoons butter (unsalted), cut into small pieces
- 1 cup coconut palm sugar
- 1 cup yogurt (vanilla bean)
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder (unsweetened)
- 1/2 cup chocolate morsels (semisweet)
- powdered sugar (optional)
Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper
or spray with non-stick spray, set aside.

In a small bowl whisk together flour, baking soda and kosher salt,
set aside.

In a medium sized mixing bowl add chopped dark chocolate and unsalted
butter. Melt in 20 second increments in the microwave until just melted. Make

Once the chocolate is melted stir in palm sugar, yogurt and cocoa
powder. Once combined stir in flour mixture and chocolate morsels.

Pour brownie batter (it will be thick) into the prepared dish and
smooth out the top.

Bake for about 25 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean when
tested in the center.

Let cool and sprinkle the top with optional powder sugar.
