Shake together pie shell ingredients in ziplock bag and press into pie pan. Use measuring cup to mold to sides, pressing edges with fingers. Bake empty pie crust for 8 minutes until golden. Remove from oven and leave oven on.
Mix filling ingredients well and pour into pie shell.
Bake 15-25 minutes until just set. Cool completely and place in freezer for 10-15 minutes just prior to serving.
