Olallieberry Pie
Ingredients:
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup cornstarch or tapioca
- 4 cups olallieberries
- milk (optional)
Directions:

Preheat oven to 425°.

Line 9" pie pan with pastry crust.

Mix dry ingredients into berries and place them in the pastry lined pie pan. Cover with top crust.

Cut steam vents into top crust and brush with milk.

Bake 45-60 minutes until golden brown.
