  1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Finely chop tomato. Peel garlic; thinly sliced 4 cloves and finely chop 2 cloves. Zest and halve lemon.
  2. Toss chicken in a bowl with olive oil, chopped garlic, half the Tuscan heat spice, salt, and pepper. Cook pasta until al dente.
  3. Heat a pan over medium-high heat. Add lemon halves cut sides down; cool until charred. Remove from pan and set aside. Heat a drizzle of olive oil in pan. Add seasoned chicken and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove from pan and set aside.
  4. Add butter and sliced garlic to pan. Cook until butter has melted and garlic is fragrant. Add tomato, remaining Tuscan heat spice, salt, and pepper. Cool until slightly softened.
  5. Whisk cream cheese and half the parmesan into pan until cheese melts. Bring to a simmer, then stir in pasta, chicken, and lemon zest. Season with salt and pepper
  6. Divide pasta between bowls and top with remaining parmesan. Serve with charred lemon halves on the side.
