Have a 'suggest article' form, where user can place a URL.
Also, make it easier to upload an article. Request that the format
of the article be TXT, PDF, RTF, or HTML. No DOC files please!
Should be more like Bee Documents.
Add thumbnails too.
Populate year published.
Rate all.
