Each recipe perfectly represents the characteristics of Dominican cocoa: notes of fresh fruits, a delicate and balanced twist of acidity, wood, high level of chocolate, along with subtle aromas of nuts and dried fruits.
For over 100 years the Rizek family has planted, harvested and produced high quality cocoa beans. This long aged know-how has enabled the company to develop a unique treatment system that allows post-harvest notes and highlights specific flavors within each cocoa bean.
