Bright and fruity, an exciting and lively chocolate. Sourced from the Kokoa Kamili fermentary in Tanzania, Africa. This punchy chocolate is sweetened with mineral-rich, late season maple sugar. We source directly and fairly from farmers who provide us with the cleanest and best tasting cacao on planet earth.

A very special Criollo, a name originally used to describe "native" cacao. These beans are identified and prized for their lighter color and milder flavor. We are lucky to feature this cacao in this bar! We sweeten with mineral-rich, late season maple sugar. We source directly and fairly from family farmers who provide us with the cleanest and best tasting cacao on planet earth.

Venezuela is home to the Orinoco River Basin, and is prized for cultivating what is regarded to be the best cacao in the world. We sweeten with mineral-rich, late season maple sugar. We source directly and fairly from family farmers who provide us with the cleanest and best tasting cacao on planet earth.
