| Maker Comments | We made this bar from our third set of beans from the Akesson plantation in Madagascar. It has a bold, ripe flavor with a pleasant sourness. Like our other Madagascar batches, it has some wonderful red fruit notes; we pick out hints of strawberries and cherries. |
