| Maker Comments | Trinidad has supplied the world with high grade flavour cacao since the early 1800s. In recent years it has been hard to source, we have finally established connections & received some beans. This sample batch was made with cocoa from a historic plantation area known as Sangre Grande. Notes of brownies & roasted grains. |
