| Maker Comments | Historically, cocoa was named for the port from which it shipped. Puerto Cabello was such a port and cacao from the Patanemo area was shipped under that name to chocolate factories in Europe. From the prized cacao growing areas along the North coast of Venezuela, the pale beans reveal a noble Criollo lineage. Rich, creamy, notes of chocolate pudding and cashews, persistent flavor. |
