We got our hands on some excellent organic beans traded directly from the plantation at way above fair trade prices and put our spin on them. Two different roasts have been combined to provide a fantastic journey through the character of these beans. The intense fruit comes through singing the praises of the terroir only to be followed by a deep dark chocolate finish that satisfies like no other. |
