The 71% bar combines a fruity Venezuelan with strong, long finishing St. Dominique chocolate, successfully combining Criolo [sic] & Forestero [sic] beans. Fine Chocolate is best enjoyed by letting the chocolate melt in your mouth allowing the flavours and overtones to work their magic. |
