| Maker Comments | Short story: Cocoa grown by our 150 Island Growers partners, fermented centrally at Rabot. Saint Lucian cocoa is now enjoying an award winning resurgence, with the first origin bar made by us in 2005.
Fruitier than our previous harvest. We open with a savoury banquet of fresh-pressed grassy olives that is finished with a slightly tart red currant flourish. A very moreish cocoa which leaves you with a clean finish, wanting more. |
