About 165 small farmers sell their cacao to a centralized fermentation and drying facility that takes exquisite care with its processes. The cooperative is proud of its environmentally and socially responsible operations and boasts several organic certifications. The chocolate has a rich, classic, bright chocolate flavor with citrus flavors up front and a coffee finish. |
