| Maker Comments | Only released a few times a year, this is the darkest (77% cacao) and smallest production Limited Edition bar produced at Lonohana. It is estate-grown Hawaii chocolate in one of its simplest and most powerful forms. The only other ingredient along with cacao is organic can sugar. A careful roast and extended stone grinding showcase the alluring natural flavor qualities of our cacao farm on the North Shore of Oahu. The rich, volcanic soils nourish the trees, which produce beans that are intense yet have a long and miraculously creamy finish. |
