| Maker Comments | The last thing this world needed was another 70% bar made from "Bertil's Beans". But hey, who are we to argue? Bertil Akesson's plantation in the Sambirano region of Madagascar produces some of the finest organic beans in the world. We have been using them for years. Big red fruit notes with a mild tang of the fermentary hover around your palate as the chocolate decends [sic] on you like a screeching conspiracy of ring tailed lemurs. This "Little Lillie" was created to give you a small indulgence. A unique taste of a very small batch pure chocolate without the big price tag. |
