| Maker Comments | Made from a Trinitario variety that has pronounced Criollo character, this chocolate has a light flavor despite its high cocoa content. There are hints of banana in the aroma. Initial cocoa flavors transition to hints of banana and tropical fruit and cinnamon and then finishes with a tea-like aftertaste. Each vintage of Chocolatour is unique in its flavor profile. The overall flavor and the distinct flavor notes will continue to develop with time. Even with aging, this chocolate will always be intense. |
