| Maker Comments | Legendary Cacao from Desmond Jadusingh at Bachelor's Hall Estate in Jamaica. After serveral [sic] conversations with Desmond he was able to spare some of this incredible cocoa. We air freighted, direct only a couple tonnes in partnership with other makers and wow...are we feeling so incredibly happy and fortunate to get a chance to use these beans. Desmond and team clearly love what they do. Our goal with this cacao is to highlight the delicate floral, honey notes and drive home those decadent deep, fudgy flavors. A special thanks to Desmond for sharing his hard work with us. Tasting notes: Honey, waffer [sic], fudge, dried berries. |
