| Maker Comments | On the Pacific coast of Colombia along a river delta lies the remote region of Tumaco. The river shores are lined with mangrove and dense tropical forest having an equatorial climate with heavy rainfall year round. The region has a native cacao varietal located far upstream which is harvested in the wild. We stone ground the cocoa from Tumaco with Colobian coffee beans from the mountainous highlands to create our Mocha bar. |
