I met Oberman and Gustavo in 2019, and they explained how their new livelihood of cacao offers them an opportunity to preserve their culture, peace and afford education for their children. It gives them a newfound hope that I am proud to be part of. Having deep chocolate flavors and mild bitterness, Tumaco cacao is well suited for an 85% chocolate.
