Maker CommentsHawaii has some of the world's purest sea salts, a result of the unpolluted waters surrounding the islands. Like the soil of our North Shore cacao farm. the red Alaea sea salt is rich in minerals from eons of volcanic activity. Appealing to both dark and milk chocolate fans, here we've sprinkled Alaea sea salt over the back of 50% dark milk Hawaii-grown chocolate to accentuate the flavors found in our state's cacao. The result is a sweet, salty and creamy bar that's crowd-pleasing and addictive.
Comments

VDC - Please leave off the sea salt! yuck.

DLA - The chocolate is delicious, but the sea salt is over powering, making this unpalatable.

Hawaii is the 50th state in the United States. It is comprised entirely of islands occupying most of an archipelago in the central Pacific Ocean, but the eight "main islands" are (from the northwest to southeast) Ni'ihau, Kaua'i, O'ahu, Moloka'i, Lāna'i, Kaho'olawe, Maui, and Hawai'i.
