Maker Comments | Harvested in the rainforests of Bolivia during the "rainy" season, the cacao pods are picked from wild cacao trees and carried downriver in canoes. This is truly the the (sic) world's only Wild Cacao currently turned into a fine chocolate. Roasted in small batches these tiny beans are hand selected and then conched for over 60 hours to release their full flavor potential. We make these bars by hand in very small bacthes (sic) to preserve their Wild integrity. It is extremely rare. |
