起始队形为 Parallel Lines, Columns, 或其他可适用的队形.

1. Centers 做 Counter Rotate 1/4 , 同时 Ends 做 Concentric 1/2 Zoom 和(正常的) Hinge;
2. Centers 做 Reverse Flip (背向队形中心做 Phantom Run)， 同时 Ends 做 Phantom Columns Circulate 两次.

起始队形为非 T-Bone 2 x 4 时结束队形为 Parallel Lines. Disband 是 2 部分的口令.

注意: 起始队形为 Parallel Lines 时, Disband 相当于一个 Detour 后接一个 Expand The Column.

起始于 Parallel Waves:       Disband 之前   Detour 之后   Expand The Column 之后 (完成)

起始于 Columns:       Disband 之前   1/2 之后   Expand The Column 之后 (完成)

Detour [C2] (Lee Kopman 1975): 起始队形为 Ends 成 Tandem 的 Parallel Lines, 或 Ends 成 Tandem 的其他队形. Outsides 做 1/2 Zoom & Hinge, 同时 Centers 做 Counter Rotate 1/4. 起始队形为 Parallel Lines 时结束队形为 Columns.

Disperse [obsolete] (Lee Kopman 1984): Same as Disband but Centers Reverse Cut (Trade & Spread) instead of Reverse Flip.
