Ends Cross Fold (to face furthest centers) as Centers Fold behind Ends, follow them partway, then adjust to form a Couple. EN: 20

Notes:

The end result of Recycle is as if the Ends did a Cross Fold as the Centers took a small step backward to form a Couple. EN: 50
Original centers make a 360 degree turn. EN: 60
Dancewise, Recycle is similar to having the Centers U-Turn Back (turning toward the adjacent End), then all Wheel & Deal. EN: 70
Technically Recycle is a no-hands movement, but in practice, dancers join hands partway through the call. In our opinion, the sooner the hands are joined, the better the success rate. EN: 80
In challenge dancing, Recycle (from a Wave) [C1] has a more precise definition: EN: 90
