Ceder Chest Definition of Step & Flip

From a Line or other applicable 4-dancer formation. Centers Step Ahead as Ends Flip (180 °) into the adjacent Center position. Ends in either a Box (2 x 2) or a "Z" (4 spots within a 2 x 3 Matrix).

Aus einer Line. Die Centers tanzen Step Ahead, während die Ends ein Run auf die benachbarte Center Position tanzen. Endet entweder in einer Box (2 x 2) oder in einem "Z" (4 Plätze innerhalb einer 2 x 3 Matrix).
