Do a total of 3 Circulates: Do Interlocked Triangle Circulates until you become the Very Center (for Apex-to-Apex Triangles) or the In-Facing Center (for Base-to-Base Triangles), then do one normal Triangle; then finish with Interlocked Triangle Circulates.
