The
Cards dialog box allows computer card sets to be generated and printed.
Computer cards are for couples only. Single dancers are not handled by these computer cards.

However, single dancers can be accommodated by giving only those dancing the Boy (or the Girl) role a card.
Singles dancing the opposite role are not given a card. Prior to each tip, the single dancer with the
card must find a single dancer of the opposite role (or a dancer from a sitout couple) to dance with.
- Card Set

Specifies parameters for the card set.
A card set is for a range of couples.
For instance, one card set for 10 to 20 couples,
another card set for 20 to 30 couples, etc.

Start Couple is the start number for the couple range

End Couple is the end number for the couple range

# of Tips is the number of tips to be printed on each card.
A typical card set might be 8 to 10 tips.

Header is a description to be printed at the top of each card within the set.
For instance, the name and date of the dance
- Format
- Specifies whether the card data is left-justified or right-justified.
- Destination

Specifies the destination for the card set (a printer or a file).

If Printer, a 'Select Printer' button allows a specific printer to be selected.

If File, a prompt for the filename appears after pressing
the 'Generate Cards' button.
- Printer
- Select the printer page orientation (portrait vs landscape), and the fixed pitch font to be used.

Opens the Cards - Print Preview
window, which displays a print preview page of the cards to be printed.
This button is visible only when Destination=Printer.

Prompts for an output filename, then generates the cards
and saves them to the selected text file.
This button is visible only when Destination=File.
