The
Barcodes dialog box can be invoked from the SQROT
Main Window
via the Barcodes button, or via the menu item
'File | Barcodes'.
The
Barcodes dialog box allows barcodes to be printed.
Barcodes can then be used at a dance with a scanner connected to the rotation computer.
Dancers can check themselves In (Ready) or Out (Absent).
Dancers wishing to sit out a tip can check themselves Out prior to the tip,
then check themselves back In after the tip has been generated.

- Type

Select the type of barcode, either Bar 39 or Bar 128.
Either barcode type should work on most scanners.
- Selects the printer to be used for barcode printing.
- For Multiple Barcodes, choose an appropriate printer.
- For Individual Barcode, select a barcode printer if you have one.
There are two tabs:
- Multiple Barcodes - print one or more pages of several barcodes.
- Individual Barcode - print a single barcode, for a function or a dancer.

Configuration
Specifies the number of rows and columns, scaling, position, and fonts for barcodes.
This allows a template to be created so that barcodes can be printed precisely onto labels.
Use the toolbar to add, edit, copy or delete a template.

Draw Grid Lines
When checked, horizontal and vertical grid lines are drawn, to separate the individual barcodes.

The name of the current rotation is shown to the immediate right of the button
(e.g., "New Year's").
