The Square Dance Cue Sheet Database is a copy of cue sheet data from the Music Database at ceder.net.

To ensure you have the latest data in your Cue Sheet Database, use menu option 'File | Auto update from web'.

The data in the database can not be edited. To request changes or to submit missing cue sheets, Contact Debbie.

Notes:

• For CSDS to find a cue sheet (and lyrics) for an item your Music Databsae, the 'Label' and 'Label #' fields must exactly match the corresponding fields in the Cue Sheet Database.
   
• Make sure that the 'Label' and 'Label #' fields are properly set for all entries within your Music Database. For example, the record 'I Found A New Baby' on Blue Star should have Label='Blue Star', and Label #='2263'. The label number should NOT be followed with a 'A' or 'B' (for the vocal or instrumental side), it should just be the number.

To ensure all possible cue sheets and lyrics are linked to your music:

1. From the CSDS Main Menu, select 'System | Auto update from web'.
2. Highlight 'Lyrics Database' and 'Square Dance Cue Sheet Database' then press the 'Update' button. Wait for completion.
3. From the CSDS Main Menu, select 'Music | Edit Music Database'.
4. Edit music items, as necessary, to ensure that the 'Label' and 'Label #' fields are properly set.
5. From the Edit Music Database menu, select 'Tools | Add cue sheets, lyrics, and more'. Wait for completion.
6. Close the Edit MusiC Database window, saving changes.
