where <SequenceDatabase> is the name of sequence database, and
<RangeTokens> is a list of range tokens separated by commas and or spaces.
A range token is of the form <n> or <n>-<m> where <n> and <m> are
indices of records within the sequence database (<n> must be less than or equal to <m>).
Lines containing <RangeTokens> must not start in column #1.
