Convert spaces to %20

When checked, each space within a URL is converted to %20.
Tweaking this setting may fix the 'cannot display the webpage' error
that occurs on some computers when CSDS tries to display a cue sheet.

Convert backward slashes to forward slashes

When checked, backward slashes in a URL are converted into forward slashes.

Use in-line images

When checked, in-line images are used for HTML display pages.
This is a more efficent way than creating many temporary image files on disk.
Used in Ceder Chest Definitions and Help Database.
