Enter User Key

The Enter User Key dialog box is invoked from the CSDS main menu via 'System | Enter User Key'.

This dialog box is automatically displayed the first time CSDS is run on a computer.

A valid user key must be entered before the program will continue. If you have lost your user key, Contact Debbie.

Enter your 12-letter user key, and press the OK button.

Invalid User Key

If your user key is not recognized, the following message appears:

To correct the issue:

• Verify that the user key is correct.
   
• If the user key is correct, press to download the latest user data.
   
• If you still can't resolve the issue, Contact Debbie.
