Definition:
 

From lines or parallel waves: Ends Cross Circulate, new ends turn back. Lines facing in finish as lines facing out. Parallel waves finish with parallel two-faced lines. Two-faced lines finish in parallel waves.

Definition:
 

From a promenade, thar, wave or two faced line: "Hubs" (centers or insides) Partner Trade or arm turn half with adjacent dancer then the new outsides move up to the next position ahead. All take the next call.

 Ladies Wheel And Turn 

Definition:
 

From a Star Promenade or thar with girls outside moving forward: Men keep the star moving as the designated (head or side) ladies do the action. Head ladies cast back and catch side ladies by the right and continue wheeling as they take the side ladies along. Move back to opposite man where the head ladies drop off to face and move forward. Side ladies continue turning individually until they join and move forward with the opposite side man. Finishes in starting formation and all with opposites.

From a couple: Beau does a Quarter Right and steps forward. Belle takes about two steps forward and does a Quarter Right. NOTE: A relative of the "Explode" idea.

From a promenade: Designated actives Cast Off 3/4 as the other two couples wheel into the center (to be inside couples). Finishes in double pass thru formation.

 Scoot And Flutter 

Definition:
 

From parallel waves: Start like a Scoot Back, but those doing the Turn Thru in the centers immediately pick up opposite from the other wave (who has just Flipped into the vacated adjacent spot) to take them back to the starting position of the dancer doing the Turn Thru. Finishes in facing lines.

 Spin The Triple Star 

Definition:
 

From parallel waves or eight chain thru formation: All arm turn half and new centers arm turn 3/4. Ends Circulate once and a half to form a six hand wave with a star at the center. All arm turn half (center star turns half), then center four left arm turn 3/4 as the outsides circulate once and a half. Finishes in parallel waves. Note: A Relay The Top movement using Circulates once and a half (rather than half circulates) and a half turn for the cneter star (rather than a quarter turn).

 Star Circulate 

Definition:
 

Version #1

From parallel waves: Those facing in step forward and form a four hand left hand star. Those facing out step forward, then face each other and make two hand right hand stars. Three stars turn half. The outside two of the two hand stars walk forward to be the ends of new waves. The center two of the two hand stars do a Quarter Left to become centers of new waves. The outside two of the four hand star walk straight ahead to become centers of the waves. Inside two of the four hand star walk out to become ends of the new waves. (H. Orlo Hoadley 1970)

From facing lines: Each pair of facing couples makes a right hand four hand star. Left side persons turn the star about once and a quarter. Right side persons remain in the star for about a half turn, then Circulate once. Finishes in parallel two faced lines. (Reath Blickenderfer 1972)
