Definition:
 

From a R-H [L-H] wave: Single Hinge, leaders [outfacers] Fold, [Left] Double Pass Thru, Leaders Peel Right [Left] to a wave.

Alternate definition that is independent of wave handedness: Single Hinge, Box [Split] Circulate Twice.

Cycle To A Line - From parallel waves: Do a Cycle To A Wave; then new leaders [outfacers] Trade [down the line] to end in facing lines.
