 Cross The Loop

Definition:

Version #1

From a line of four: Arch in the middle, ends turn in (arches California Twirl)--those who ducked thru the arch loop (Zoom) or roll back behind the other couple and do a half sashay. Finishes with one couple behind another. (Ted Perkins 1964)

Version #2

From a line of four: Arch in the middle, ends turn in and Crisscross (arches California twirl) to loop (Zoom) or roll back behind the other couple. Finishes with one couple behind another. (Fred Christopher 1967)

COMMENT: Both calls have the same end result but are danced differently. Duplication of names is the principal trouble.

Ted Perkins and Fred Christopher 1964-67
