NOTE: From parallel waves, this is a Spin Chain Thru with the centers in the wave across the set doing a full arm turn instead of a half arm turn.

- Center 4 slide back together and Cast Off 3/4 as Ends 1/4 Right (or the given direction) and Circulate.
Ends in Parallel Lines.
