From a two faced line or wave: Designated dancers do their portion of a Lock It; (e.g., Centers single hinge or ends move up a quarter). From parallel waves, Centers Isolate gives twin facing diamonds; from parallel two faced lines, Ends Isolate gives (point to point) diamonds.
