Zip Code 1; New Centers Fan The Top & Hinge as Outsides Touch 3/4.

Usually ends in Right-Hand Mini-Wave Columns.

Comments and Examples:

The original definition had the Centers do a 3/4 Zoom, but popular usage has generalized this to a Zip Code 1.
