 Rotary Circulate

Definition:
 

From parallel right-hand waves: Those facing in step forward and single hinge by adjacent arms, box circulate two positions and again single hinge and walk out to re-form parallel right hand waves. Simultaneously, those facing out quarter right, circulate twice and quarter right again. Finishes in right hand waves (left hand waves use left arm turns).
