Definition:
 

From parallel two faced lines: Ends facing out do a Split Circulate. Centers facing out do a Cross Circulate. Ends facing in do a regular Circulate. Centers facing in Circulate on the diagonal to each other's places in the opposite wave. Finishes in parallel waves.
