From a left-hand box circulate: All Extend; centers Hinge; then (depending on where you saw it defined) the outsides Quarter Left -- identical to Follow Thru again -- or outsides Quarter Right to give a slightly different meaning to the overall call than simply Follow Thru. Time will tell.
