 Quarter Up And Wheel (or Anything)

From columns: The #2 dancers do a Release (Veer Out) action to join the #1 dancers as a couple where that couple finishes as in Wheel & Deal (or takes the Anything command); dancers in the 3 & 4 positions Column Circulate one spot to form a momentary box circulate formation where the leaders Right Roll to a Wave with the trailers (from left-hand columns do a Left Roll to a Wave). From OC (normal columns) Quarter Up & Wheel gives a 0Q (normal 1/4 tag).
