From facing lines: Dixie Diamond then points (regular) Circulate two positions. Those in the wave Swing Thru and arm turn 3/4. Finishes in parallel two faced lines.
NOTE: Same as Dixie Diamond Circulate The Windmill except there's no Diamond Circulate after the Dixie Diamond.
