 Trade The Diamond

Definition:
 

From parallel waves: Centers Trade then spread apart as the ends Cross Circulate and do a Single Hinge with each other (as centers) to form facing diamonds. All now Diamond Circulate and those in the wave across the set Single Hinge. Finishes in parallel waves. From parallel two faced lines, the diamond formed is a regular one. Movement ends in parallel two faced lines.
