From a formation in which a Dixie Grand is possible: Those who can pull by with a right, all pull by with a left, then all U-turn back and pull by with a right. Now all U-turn back and pull by with a left, then all pull by with a right. Now all U-turn back and pull by with a left. Then all U-turn back and pull by with a right and left etc.
