From lines of four facing in or out: Do an Explode, then centers Spin the Top as the ends pull by with a right and move around the outside to face in as a pair with the person they meet. Form four hand right hand stars with the outside people and turn the tar until the end who moved up a quarter (in the Spin the Top) can lead out to make a line facing in.
NOTE: This one too was similar to the Change A Web type pattern then being workshopped. Note that the entire movement went considerably beyond the Explode And Anything concept.
