Definition:
 

From eight chain thru formation: Belles turn thru with each other and face back in as in a regular Flutter Wheel. Beaux follow partner but move ahead to the next position around the square as in circulate (inside beaux facing out do as in a regular Flutter Wheel while the outside beaux facing in go across the set to finish inside facing out). Finishes in eight chain thru formation.
